AI Code Health Check - €1,500
You built it fast. Let's make sure it won't hurt you.
A focused one-week review of your AI codebase. I look at the things that get skipped when you're moving fast, like security gaps, structural problems, dependencies that will bite you later.
You get a plain-language written report and a 60-minute debrief call where we walk through every finding together.
What I review:
- Prompt injection and data leakage risks

- Code structure and long-term maintainability
- Dependency and supply chain risks
- Error handling and silent failure points

Everything in the Code Health Check, plus a full review of how your system is, or isn't, ready to run in the real world.
Most AI systems aren't deployed, they're just exposed. There's a difference.
What I cover beyond the Health Check:
- Deployment architecture (containerisation, environment config, secrets management)
- Observability gaps, like logging, error tracking, alerting
- Scalability and failure mode analysis
- Maintenance burden and bus factor assessment
- Prioritised remediation plan with concrete next steps

Rescue & Stabilise Retainer - €4,000/month

A monthly engagement for teams that need ongoing senior oversight, not to build new features, but to make what exists solid, secure, and maintainable.
This is not a "jump on calls and give opinions" retainer. Each month has a clear focus, concrete deliverables, and measurable progress against the problems we identified in the audit.
